Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Pan Maharashtra to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market share.
Product Promotion : Effectively promote our products and services, leveraging your expertise in pharma sales to showcase their benefits and unique selling points.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Analysis:* Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and business development progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharma sales and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, B2B sales
Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Education : A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, business, marketing, etc.) is preferred.
Travel : Willingness to travel across Pan Maharashtra as needed.
